We are committed to protecting your personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws. - Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, and network type, used for service operation and troubleshooting
- Account information: the email address you provide when signing in with Google, and profile details you voluntarily provide (e.g., nickname)
- Usage data: stock tickers/names you enter, analysis reports you generate, and your watchlists
- Subscription information: subscription status verification for in-app purchases processed through Apple StoreKit
We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide the Service. You may refuse to provide the above information, but this may affect some features.
## 2. Automated Decision-Making
This application uses multiple AI agents to automatically analyze publicly available market data and generate reports. Analysis results are automatically produced by algorithmic models. You have the right to request an explanation of the logic behind analysis results and to refuse decisions made solely by automated means that significantly affect your rights (to the extent permitted by applicable law). We expressly state that automated analysis results are for research reference only and do not constitute any advice or constraint on your investment decisions.

- Device advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Photos, videos, or media files
- Health or biometric data
- Browsing or search history

- Apple StoreKit: processes in-app purchase transactions; Apple may collect your transaction information, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
- Google Sign-In: provides account authentication; Google handles the sign-in flow, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- Cloud server provider: provides data storage and computing services, bound by confidentiality obligations
This application contains no third-party advertising SDKs, user behavior tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
## 6. Data Storage and Security
- Your personal information is stored on servers located outside mainland China
- All data transmission is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS
- Authentication tokens (JWT) are securely stored in the device Keychain
- The server side employs encrypted storage, access control, and log auditing to protect your data
We have established data classification, access control, and security incident response procedures. In the event of a personal data breach, we will take immediate remedial measures and notify you via push notification, in-app announcement, or email as required by applicable law.
## 7. IAP Subscriptions
- Standard plan: monthly / annual subscription
- Pro plan: monthly / annual subscription
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment information is managed by Apple, and we never see your payment details (card numbers, etc.). Subscriptions can be managed or canceled anytime in your Apple ID settings.
## 8. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account data is retained until you actively delete your account
- Analysis reports are retained until you delete them or delete your account
- After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize all of your personal information within 15 business days
- Where laws require longer retention, we retain data for the minimum period required by law

- Access and obtain a copy of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request export of your personal information (in a portable format)
- Withdraw consent (this may affect some features)
